Support tickets
Open a ticket and it gets answered, in several languages. This is the only route for anything that touches your own account — payments, subscription problems, a machine on your licence you do not recognise.
Community
It is where questions get answered, where release notes land first, where support tickets are opened, and where people compare setups.
Free, and open before you buy anything. Setup questions, pre-sales questions and “did the patch break it” all get answered in the same place.

Client updates, especially after a Path of Exile patch. If something has stopped working, this is where you find out whether it is you or whether it is everyone. The same notes are on the changelog.
Setups, profiles, configuration, what works. Members who run ten instances have already solved most of what a member running two is about to hit.
The assistant on this site answers setup, configuration and pre-sales questions. No account, no queue. She answers from the same support material used in Discord tickets, and when she does not know she says so instead of guessing.
For anything involving your account, your payment or your subscription. Those need someone who can see the account, so they need a person. Tickets are answered in several languages.
Four answers that close most tickets before they are opened
Do not send a second payment. A confirmed payment is not lost, whatever the website told you at the time.
Re-issue the key from your licence page first — that cuts every running instance off until it has the new key, and it does not need a ticket. Moving to a new PC needs no ticket either: nothing is locked to a machine.
“It does not work” is genuinely difficult to act on. One sentence about what you expected and one about what happened is usually enough.
We cannot appeal, reverse, predict or explain a ban on your game account. We have no contact with the game’s publisher and no visibility into their enforcement.
Funds sent to a wrong address, or over a network we do not accept, are gone. We never held them and cannot recover them. Check the network before you send, every time.
We have no access to it and no relationship with its publisher. Nothing about your game login, your characters or your purchases there can be touched from here.
One more, aimed at everyone rather than at rule-breakers: the community is international and most people in it are writing in a second language. Do not mock anyone’s English. It is the fastest way to make a support channel useless to the people who need it most.
Discord’s own terms and community guidelines apply as well as these. The full policy is in Acceptable use.
What happens if a rule is broken, and what can be appealed, is set out in Acceptable use.
The community now lives on our Discord server. It is where members get support, hear about updates first, and talk with other players running the same tools.
Discord gives everyone one place to ask a question and get a quick answer, from staff or from other members, so that is where we put our time. The updates, guides and documentation from the forum days now live on this site.
Old forum links land on this page.
That is the whole of it. Read the rules, bring the details, and the answer is usually one message away.

Tell me what you saw and I will tell you which one it is. The dividing question is usually did this ever work on this machine.
If it has never worked here, it is the runtime or the keybinds. If it worked yesterday and not today, check the date of the last game patch against the changelog before you change anything in your own configuration.

Only if it touches your own account. Payments, subscriptions, and a machine on your licence you do not recognise need a person who can see the account — that is a ticket.
Setup, configuration, what a setting does, whether a build works with the current patch, what a plan costs: those I answer here, now, without one.
If it is a ticket, bring your account name and the transaction reference with you. It saves two round trips, and a payment ticket without a reference cannot be looked up at all.

Not from this page. You are not signed in, so I can see the documentation and the prices and nothing about you.
Sign in and I can read your licences, your machines and your payments, and propose the things you are allowed to do — each one as a button you click. I never move money and I never touch a password.

No. Tickets are answered in several languages, and you can write to me in yours here.
Write in whichever language you are most precise in. A clear description in your own language is worth more than an approximate one in English — and nobody in the community is permitted to mock how anyone writes.

(Design mock — in the live portal she answers here from the documentation and the support knowledge base. Signing in is only needed for anything that touches your own licences.)
