Controller inputs no longer need the game to be in focus! In addition to this support for PS4 inputs has also been added, bypassing the 4 device cap on XBOX controllers. Unlimited devices on a system and no focus requirement!

A HWID spoofer has been added to FollowBot and Autobot! It is recommended that anyone using more than 2 game clients on a single machine or has a flagged machine use the new spoofer! ID's are generated per-profile and not system wide, be sure to generate a new set of ID's for every profile!
Must be loaded before login! Because of this "Load" is disabled by default when spoofing is enabled and it is recommended to use the "Run" function instead.
Keep alive has also been updated to be more user-friendly! Keep Alive does not have to be enabled to use the Run function but the path field does! It is recommended to create a new user to use with Keep-Alive using the following commands from powershell as Admin:

Sprinting is now a feature not an input! FollowBot will check if the leader is further away than the defined sprinting distance and will roll-dodge when around nearby enemies to avoid getting knocked down!

Note: It is recommended to delete Run/Dodge Inputs from all POE2 profiles.
Added pre-click and occlusion checks to looting! These features aim to reduce miss-clicks while looting by verifying the correct label is selected and is not blocked by overlapping labels. It will also sample the targeted label for visible areas of partially covered labels and optimized label pooling for better performance in maps with high loot density.

All Knowing v2 is now live! It is a fully capable bot with translations and support capabilities. It's been trained in nearly 30k support messages and is able to interact with members in all languages.
It is also has a built in !RenSignal that is able to send live push notifications to my phone 😂
All team and trusted members can fire off RenSignal's. I'll let <@1195516471984541808> decide who gets added to the trusted members list.
All Knowing can be interacted with using <@&1539515437237407747>
It has instant access to a rough layout of the bot so it can ask members directed questions to pinpoint where issues are and can query The Omnitious - a bot live on my machine with a much more detailed blueprint that can schedule me tasks directly.
It also has a backend Hub that sends me live push notification of all support tickets and mentions so I'm always kept in the loop of what's happening even when I'm not online or remote.

Because Autobot's HUD is a steady stream of data it can be easily saved and used for playback/debugging analysis. Map runs are currently saved in Crafts\Recordings.

A number of users have reported erratic movements when using internal inputs. This is generally caused from internal polling messages received by the game when the mouse is left over the window. There are a number of simple fixes to this including minimizing the game, setting the game in windowed mode and be sure to move the mouse outside the window or creating a new desktop (Win+Tab > New Desktop) and moving the game to the new desktop.

FollowBot now supports Ultimatum farming! Bots will first opt-in to Ultimatum events with a preset filter for undesirable mods. Then will wait for the leader to make their mods selection and select their own corresponding mod, and at any time the leader can stop the event by taking their reward!

Inputs are now able to monitor skills for availability! This includes cooldowns, Vaal Souls & mana reserves. This is a great feature for skills like movement abilities / Vaal skills where you want to activate them as soon as possible without spamming inputs when they're unavailable. Auto Cooldown automatically finds in game skills based on input keys and waits until they can be activated. Also to avoid looking robotic by sending inputs the frame skills become available, there is a customizable grace period that can be set to offset the skill activation.

What happens when a chain of inputs are used, Ex: Q,W,E?
When 'Alternate Inputs' is disabled it matches the first input (in this case 'Q') with the game skill and waits for it to become available before sending the input chain. When 'Alternate Inputs' is enabled it matches each input with a skill sequentially.
Is the "Elapse" field still considered when Auto Cooldown is enabled?
Yes, the "Elapse" field should be thought of as the minimum activation time between sending inputs. When Auto Cooldown is enabled it's recommended to lower your "Elapse" field.
What is the difference between "Key Delay" and "CD Grace"?
Key Delay is mainly used for waiting a period of time between inputs when sending a chain of inputs. CD Grace is used to wait a period of time once after a skill becomes available.
Can in-game skill binds be changed from their default keys?
Yes.

We’ve added a new Buff Input feature that lets you trigger inputs based on whether a buff or debuff is affecting your character. This is especially useful for managing Vaal buffs across party members without overlap, or for keeping banners active automatically. You can configure it to activate when a specific buff is active or is not active — making it ideal for cleansing dangerous debuffs like Corrupted Blood!

When multiple party members are using the same Vaal skill — such as Vaal Discipline — it's important to stagger their activations to avoid overlapping effects. This can be achieved by adjusting each character’s Grace value, which introduces a brief delay before the skill activates.
Recommended Setup:
This configuration introduces a short delay for each subsequent activation, allowing the Vaal effects to cycle cleanly without overlapping — ensuring maximum uptime and effectiveness for your party.

Quick tutorial on how to setup Keep Alive:
Once setup with will enable the "Run" button on FollowApp - this button can be used to test the Keep Alive config. When used it should start the game and load the selected profile. You can test the config further by closing the game manually and FollowApp should re-open it. Either press END or close FollowApp to stop it from automatically being re-opened.

Auto Flask is a new input type that monitors a flask slot or tincture and automatically activates it as soon as it has enough charges and is off cooldown. This is a great way to maintain maximum uptime on important Utility Flasks and is the preferred input for activating things like Coruscating Elixir / Divination Distillate / Sap of the Seasons!

This is great way to reduce unnecessary ability spam of attack skills when monsters aren't nearby! It also allows for setting up powerful buffs/debuffs when nearby Rare & Unique monsters. Player 2 now follows party leader when viable. This should help the bots keep a tighter group with the leader and help with desync/getting stuck issues(it's also recommended to put roll dodge on a distance trigger on all bots to avoid issues with them getting stuck on each other). Player 2 reverts back to following Player 1 after loosing line of site to the leader for a few seconds.
Note: you can still force Player 2 to follow Player 1 by setting its host name to Player 1 in profile settings.

All FollowBot Hotkeys can now be changed! This includes Activate, Pause, Unload & all of Controller to Keyboard mappings! To access these settings Edit Profile > Hotkeys in FollowApp.
Controller Passthrough allows you to use a physical controller to control the virtual controllers created by FollowBot. This setting can also be found in the Hotkeys dialog.
Important: Ensure the controller index you select is NOT one of the virtual controllers created by FollowBot, as this can lead to a feedback loop.

Why controller support?
There are many valid reasons for emulating controllers on PCs, making them an excellent choice for an input method. One key advantage is the availability of powerful kernel-level controller emulators, such as ViGEmBus by Nefarius. Additionally, PCs natively support multiple controllers on a single system, giving controllers a significant edge over mouse and keyboard setups. Another benefit of controllers is their simplicity, which makes heuristic analysis more challenging. For all these reasons, controllers are my top choice for input devices, both now and likely in the long term.

No need to worry about missing a potential Headhunter or Mageblood, FollowBot & AutoBot now price checks unique items before looting! Pricing data is pulled from poe.ninja and is updated every hour. You can now set your bots to look up the prices of unidentified items and automatically loot only those that meet or exceed a user-defined value!

This update is aimed at address issues of members getting flagged! While there were many changes made to how inputs are made when using Global Inputs, this bulk of this update changes the way inputs are generate when Global Inputs are Disabled.

FollowBot & Autobot now allow you to set a ranged value for the elapse & delay field in all your inputs, making them look and feel much more natural during gameplay.
What Are Ranged Inputs?
With Ranged Inputs, you can specify a minimum and maximum time interval for your input actions. This means that instead of a static input delay, your commands will now have a dynamic range, introducing variability that mimics real player behavior.
How to Use Ranged Inputs:
Every "Elapse" and "Delay" field in the input manager can now support a range as shown below.
In the "Elapse" field the minimum and maximum values are separated using the "-" character.
It is recommended every input uses these ranges!!

Fixed an issue with Link Input not linking to targets consistently(or at all)
For a more consistent Link Input set the "Key Delay" to a higher value(ideally 150-250), use the "Wait for target to be in range" setting and set the "Elapse" value to around half the active time of the link skill (see image below)

We are happy to announce the release our new Auto-Stash feature for FollowBot! This feature will automatically stash items held in inventory into either the bots private stash or guild stash!
Key Features:
Auto-Stash: Automatically transfers items from your inventory to your private or guild stash, ensuring a seamless and efficient inventory management.
Capacity Checks: Automatically checks if the current stash tab is full and will navigate to the next tab with free space. Will also stack items when possible!
Configurable Tabs: Allows you to control which tabs Auto-Stash will transfer to.

Optmization:
Use smaller labels on your filters: Advanced players should setup their loot filters for FollowBot using the smallest possible labels! This will reduce a lots of issues where the loot is unable to fit on screen.
If needed toggle 'Z' twice on a timed input: FollowBot will intuitively toggle 'Z' twice to refresh the item labels when it finds that there are no in-game labels on-screen but there is loot within range, however it might be beneficial to refresh the labels more often.
Try increasing loot distance: The default distance of 400 might not be ideal for the new loot system, try using a higher value like 500-600.

Minimize Support:
FollowBot now works while the game is minimized, this drastically reduces the CPU/GPU load of Path of Exile!
In my testing I go from 30% CPU & 70% GPU load to 5% CPU & 6% GPU load while the game is minimized! This is a massive performance gain, much more than the performance gain I get from apps like poeNullEffects!
To use the feature be sure to enable the bot while the game is running normally, then simply minimize the game to get the performance benefits!
This feature does not currently work with the Vulkan renderer so be sure the bot's game is in DirectX 11 or 12!
Auto-accept party invites & trade requests:
FollowBot will now auto-accept party invites/trade requests and will automatically trade it's inventory with you!! This can be a huge time-saver not having to manually trade with bots when auto-looting is enabled.
To enable open your bot's profile settings and enable the following options:

Having NVidia Instant Replay enabled causes a ton of lag! This is because NVidia is saving the past 5 or 10 minutes of gameplay to disk, and because the overlay uses Direct3D, NVidia thinks the overlay is a game too. This causes the disk to get overburdened from saving footage from two separate sources at the same time. Sadly, there is not much I can do about this, but perhaps there is a workaround in NVidia settings!
To disable Instant Replay press Alt+Z (default) in a game to bring up NVidia's hud and disable Instant Replay.

Disable bots hotkey moved to 'DELETE'!
Before 'INSERT' was used to enable & disable the bots and this was causing confusion, especially when trying to setup multiple bots on a single machine.
Now enable the bots by pressing 'INSERT' and disable them by pressing 'DELETE'.
Please note: the unload hotkey remains unchanged on 'END'.
Added Movement Key.
This feature lets you set a dedicated movement key on the keyboard, this drastically reduces how often the bots accidentally enter zones/areas they shouldn't enter.
To use this feature open the application then click 'Edit Profile' on the profile you plan on using, then click on 'Settings' and set the key you wish to use (see fig. 1).
Then bind the corresponding button in-game to "Move only" (see fig. 2)

Added spawn protection for bots when going through inside map entrances.
For example in Burial Chambers when clicking on the second door the bots would start using skills as soon as they went through causing rips. Now the bots will wait for the party leader to move before activating skills after using an entrance.

All Knowing
Compare two dates. If the day it stopped is the day the game updated, it is the patch, and the fix is a client build rather than anything on your machine. Restart FollowApp and the game first: a hotfix is often picked up without a download.
The clearest recent example is on this page: Path of Exile 2 moved to 0.5.5 on 4 September and the FollowBot, CraftBot and Overlay update for it was posted on 5 September. Anything that stopped on the 4th was the patch.

The newest one on the Downloads page — the build released on with the Auto-Input update. Builds are dated, not numbered, and only the newest is supported: an older build does not follow a game patch released after it.
If FollowApp offers an update when you sign in, take it. The Overlay updates itself; some patches still need a fresh download and the release note says so.
2026-09-26.All Knowing
FollowBot and CraftBot run in Path of Exile and Path of Exile 2. The External Overlay attaches to either game. AutoBot runs Path of Exile only — it does not run Path of Exile 2.
Path of Exile 2 changes substantially between patches, and so does what the software has to do to keep up. If Path of Exile 2 is your reason for subscribing, read this page rather than assuming last league’s behaviour.
