I have sent it 2 help tickets through the Help/contact us and i have not received any response, and its been weeks. Issues im having, i purchased a single subscription when i wanted the 3 sub. I purchased the 3 sub as well and wanted to see if i can convert my 1 into extra time on the 3 or something. Im also having issues with them following too close no matter what i do, they are getting me killed!! Ill go the wrong direction they will block me in to the point where i cant even roll through and i get killed. It really horrible when im 10% from 98 and this happens more than once. Then something happens when too much loot gets on the ground, they will not pick anything up and they will just run around blinking or charging constantly for hours without stopping and will not work right again untill you close out of it or start a new map.
